The people of Barbados has lost confidence in the Government and the Govneror of the Central Bank , Dr DeLisle Worrell .

That is opinion of Leader of the Opposition Mia Mottley, who think  Barbadians have become distrustful since Prime Minister Freundel Stuart' announcement last week that the Central Bank  Governor had advised the Government to cut $ 400 million in budgetary spending to address the deficit in the island's economy.

“Do you have the confidence that the same men that put us into this can lead us out of it?”  asked supporters at a Barbados Labour Party  St George South constituency branch meeting last nigth.

“If you don’t, then you have a duty to stand up and speak out,” Mottley said.

According to the Leader of the Opposition, the Government cannot properly implement $400 in the budget during the remaining months of the current financial year.
