Businessman Harold Ramroop was attacked and robbed by two men at his Zeelugt business place at around 11:00 am today.
Harold Ramroop was in his grocery shop when the armed men entered and held him at gunpoint, along with his wife and son.
One of the men then took the wife upstairs where she was reportedly forced to hand over jewellery valued at $5 million and $2 million. A quantity of cell phone cards were also taken away by the men who escaped in a waiting motor car.
