Georgetown: For the New Year, 200 children were treated for at the recently opened movie theatre at the Avinash Entertainment Complex at Lots A & B Water Street, Georgetown.
The Panday family whom are the proprietors hosted the party. The children were from the Joshua House, Chadars’ Boys school, God Bless the Home, Shaheeds Boys and Girls orphanage, Sister of Mercy St. John Bosco Orphanage, Tiger Bay area and Sophia Care Center. They enjoyed two movies and snacks in the Kara and Nash cinemas. Guardians from the orphanages expressed appreciation to the Pandays for their thoughtful donations and dubbed the affair as a good initiative to show care and concern to the youngsters. The children also expressed their excitement and related how much fun they had.
