Est Bank Demerara : The police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at Friendship Public Road, East Bank Demerara, sometime around 11pm yesterday during which Peter Rajmangal was robbed of $3.5M and a cell phone by two men armed with handguns.
Peter Rajmangal was driving a mini bus when a car swerved and blocked his path.
The suspects then ex
ited the vehicle and held up the victim and took away the money and cell phone and escaped.
