Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar has dedicated her Glamour magazine award to all the women who nurtured her to become who she is. Persad-Bissessar has been named as one of the top five females for 2010 by the internationally recognized magazine. She received her award at Carnegie Hall in New York yesterday. "I want you to know that it’s okay to dream big dreams. The world is your oyster," she said in her acceptance speech last night.
