Bandits carted off with $9M dollars from Eccles home.

Around 1:15 pm today three bandits one armed with a hand gun, forced their way into a home at Victoria street, Eccles on the East Bank of Demerara and took away a bag containing nine million dollars.
At the time of the robbery, a baby sitter, a home domestic and an eight month old baby was at home. According to one of the household the bandits gained entry through the back door of the home which was opened, attempted to strap the baby with the telephone cord and assaulted the two elderly women.
Within a few minutes they took the bag with money and escaped in a waiting white car.
TrakkerNews was reliably informed that a cousin of the family there called Bishop, who is a gold miner came yesterday at the Eccles home to spend a few days. It is believed he was traced with the large sum of money.
At the time of this report, no one has been arrested by the police.
