Minister of State in the office of the Prime Minister, Roger Samuel, says legislation will soon be put in place to ensure that funding of political parties are made public.
Samuel said the issue will cause political parties to be more transparent in the dealings.
The issue of campaign finance has been a ticklish issue in the country’s political landscape, Samuel said.
And in an effort to ensure citizens know who are the financial backers of political parties Samuel said the legislation will soon be brought to the Parliament.
