The ministry of Education’s report on the Nessa Gopaul death found the Head Mistress, Deputy Head Mistress and two other staff of Queen’s College, the school Gopaul attended failed to act in the best interest of the student.
The disciplinary actions recommended are demotion and denial of seniority.
