Manning to break his silence tomorrow

Former prime minister Patrick Manning is scheduled to break his self imposed silence in the Parliament tomorrow. Manning, the Opposition Member of Parliament for San Fernando East, has not spoken during this sitting of the Parliament. Since the People’s National Movement’s defeat in the May 24 general election Manning has been mum. Seated as the last of 12 Opposition MPs Manning did not even contribute to the budget debate. He is expected to break his silence tomorrow.
