A woman in her mid 30’s ran into the path of a car on Regent street and was flung into the air before landing on the busy roadway. People rushed to the scene and helped the woman into the car that hit her as the driver offered to take her to the hospital. According to eyewitnesses, the woman ran across the road from Regent Multiplex Mall and slid on the wet road caused by early morning showers, she landed in the path of traffic. Luckily there were no signs of physical injuries and the woman was still conscious, but the public spirited driver took no chances and drove her to the hospital.
