Unconfirmed reports stated that more than three prisoners escaped from Guyana’s largest Jail, Mazaruni Prison and several guards are suspended pending an investigation.A relative of one of the guards that was sent home this morning told TrakkerNews that prison officers there are silent about the jail break. The office of the Director of Prisons when contacted, secretary to the Director Dale Erskine said he is not available at this time to comment on a jail break.Senior Superintendent of Police and Public Relations Officer John Sauers said he was not notified of such event.
