Today Dexter Marshal was charged for the murder of Mark Caesar known as Lil Mark. Caesar was gunned down at Broad and Adelaide Streets, Charlestown. on October 01, 2010. He is the brother of Steve Jupiter who was shot in drive by shooting September 4, 2010 in Cummings Lodge.
Police said Marshall of East Ruimveldt was charged based on an identification parade.Meanwhile, only two persons are still wanted by the police in connection with the drive-by shootings at Stone Avenue and Royal Drive that left two persons dead. The others have all been released on station-bail of $100,000 each.
