Cabinet has described Guyexpo 2010 a huge success and kudos were expressed to the management of the event, the Ministry of Tourism Industry and Commerce, the exhibitors, the private sector and all who played a part in making this mega event a success.
Secretary to the Cabinet, Dr. Roger Luncheon said what was a major difference this year is the site segregation which was a catalyst for the huge success.
He pointed out that the exhibition site was partition in a way where entertainers, industrial exhibitors,manufacturers and the children’s Play Park were in separate areas.
Tourism Minister Maniram Prashad will present a report on the trade fair shortly.
