Georgetown : The police today says diligent works by ranks of the Guyana Police Force in relation to an armed street robbery committed on a group of six persons, inclusive of three females during the early hours of yesterday morning at Second Bridge, Mocha, EBD., have resulted in the arrest of the perpetrator.
The suspect, Dillion Joel Dublin, 27, unemployed of 96 Nelson Street, Mocha who was today positively identified by the victims, has been charged with six counts of robbery under arm and will be arraigned before a Magistrate soonest.
He is also being questioned in relations to an attempted robbery and shooting of a Cashier and Supervisor which occurred at Plantation Providence about 02:00hrs yesterday.
